When can I expect my merch to arrive?

All of our merch is made-to-order, so it generally takes around 10 business days for your merch to be made and shipped to you, but production and shipping times vary; normal turnaround time is 4-6 business days for production plus 3-7 business days for shipping.

Please be aware that we occasionally experience minor delays in production times.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We are currently only set up for shipping within the United States, but if you live outside of the US and would like to get some Taco Loco merch, please email global@tacoloco.net and we will be happy to arrange international shipping for you.

What should I do if I need help with my merch order, or have a question?

Do you accept returns?

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please send an email to returns@tacoloco.net within 30 days of receiving your purchase and we will be happy to help with your return.
